A new feature to the Blam Jam Summer Specials arrives this Sunday,
where I'll be featuring a different version of the song "Wade In The Water"
each week.

Taking a similar cue from last year's "Sunny Interval" where I played
a different version of Bobby Hebb's "Sunny", every week you'll hear
a unique take on the gospel standard that currently seems more than
fitting regarding the weather we've had recently.

Expect to hear versions by Eva Cassidy, Mary Mary, Marlena Shaw,
and this week I'll be spinning a rendition from The Blind Boys Of Alabama.

Also this week I've got a soulful house stunner from HandsOfDj_5 (yes that's how it's written), Gregory Porter gets together with the Rongetz Foundation,
and a latin cover of Michael Jackson's "Beat It" by Senor Coconut.
